About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, fellowship-trained Interventional Pain Management Physician to join the team in Gainesville, Florida. This is a full-time, procedure-focused outpatient opportunity with a Monday–Friday schedule, access to an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), and experienced clinical and administrative support. There is no hospital rounding or hospital call; shared after-hours telephone call is approximately once every 4–6 weeks. The practice offers a broad mix of traditional and advanced interventional pain management procedures, including epidural steroid injections, facet injections and medial branch blocks, radiofrequency ablation, peripheral nerve blocks, spinal cord stimulation (SCS), dorsal root ganglion (DRG) stimulation, peripheral nerve stimulation (PNS), and intrathecal drug delivery therapies. The physician will see patients in the outpatient clinic and perform procedures at an ASC. Clinical, operational, and administrative teams support the day-to-day practice and patient care.

Requirements

MD or DO.
Fellowship trained in Pain Medicine.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine.
Anesthesiology or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) background.
Eligible for unrestricted Florida medical licensure.
Demonstrated experience performing interventional pain procedures.
Comfortable managing a busy outpatient practice.
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
Commitment to patient care.

Nice To Haves

Experience with neuromodulation and implantable therapies is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
