About The Position

We are seeking an Interventional Cardiologist for a permanent position in Farmington, MO. This role involves both inpatient and outpatient services, covering a vacancy as soon as possible on an ongoing basis. The position requires clinical work plus call duties, with a work schedule of Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. The call schedule is a rotation, including STEMI call, one night per week and one weekend every four weeks, with a call ratio of 1:4. The physician will manage a patient volume of 8-10 patients. The practice currently includes two Interventional Cardiologists and one Invasive Cardiologist, supported by two experienced APPs. Procedures performed include Cardiac Catheterizations, PCI, CardioMEMS, Peripheral Vascular procedures, and optionally, device/pacemaker implantations. The EMR system used is Epic. This opportunity is open to visa candidates.

Requirements

• Active MO License or willing to obtain
• BC/BE
• DEA/CSR
• Recent NPDB Report
• Clean Record (highly preferred)

Responsibilities

• Perform Cardiac Catheterizations
• Perform PCI
• Perform CardioMEMS procedures
• Perform Peripheral Vascular procedures
• Perform device/pacemaker implantations (optional)
• Provide clinical care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Participate in STEMI call rotation
• Manage patient volume of 8-10 patients
