About The Position

We are seeking professional, face to face Interpreters based in Florida to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience interpreting complex and sensitive conversations with accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality. Interpreters will work directly with legal professionals, attorneys, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication across language barriers. This is a freelance position for experienced interpreters who are passionate about delivering high-quality language services in fast-paced environments.

Requirements

Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Professional interpretation experience in Legal Interpretation
Strong understanding of legal terminology.
Excellent listening, communication, and note-taking skills.
Ability to remain impartial and professional in sensitive situations.

Nice To Haves

Interpreter certification or relevant language qualification.
Experience supporting legal clients.
Previous experience in court proceedings and depositions environments.
Familiarity with confidentiality requirements, and interpreter ethics.

Responsibilities

Provide accurate consecutive interpretation during legal proceedings, including: Depositions, Attorney-client meetings, Court-related matters, Witness interviews, Legal consultations
Maintain neutrality and professional ethics at all times.
Accurately convey legal terminology and context without omission or modification.
Handle confidential and sensitive information in accordance with company and client requirements.
Maintain exceptional interpretation quality and accuracy standards.
Follow client-specific protocols and operational procedures.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with applicable privacy regulations and company policies.
