Responsibilities
- Support client relationship management through appointment preparation, follow up communication, and hospitality coordination
- Develop an understanding of luxury service standards, attention to detail, and brand presentation
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Participate in event support and client experience initiatives designed to strengthen customer engagement and loyalty
