Internship – Graphic Design & Project Management, Food & Beverage (Spring 2027)

About The Position

This internship will give students hands on access to and training with graphic design software, producing their own projects, and supporting other large-scale projects that are already in development for the department that typically takes years in the field to gain exposure to. This role is situated in a fast-paced environment and will be full of networking opportunities and high impact projects.

Requirements

In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Junior or above.
Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required.
A transcript is required upon application.
Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than April 2027.
This internship will be an in-person experience, based in our Orlando offices.
Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.

Nice To Haves

Preferred majors include: Graphic Design or similar.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
This position requires a portfolio of work examples – if available, include a web address with your resume.

Responsibilities

Assists management team in creating both long and short-form content.
Produces project deliverables such as menus and signages, brand books, documentation of brand standards, and communication content.
Supports the implementation of technology to enhance processes.
Aligns each project with the goal of positively affecting guest satisfaction, team member satisfaction, and financial return for the department.
Creates measurable Key Performance Indicators for tasks.
Partners with many departments including Universal Creative Placemaking, Marketing, Finance, and Entertainment to achieve goals.
Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
