About The Position

KPMG in Canada is seeking talented and energetic candidates to join our Advisory, Management Consulting, P&C team as an Intern/Co-op Consultant working in our Winnipeg Management Consulting practice starting in January 2027. This is a 4-month intern/co-op term. The People & Change practice advances clients’ business performance by helping to shape and navigate the important people dynamics related to the transformation of work, capabilities and behaviors. Our services include HR Transformation, Organizational Design and Organizational Change Management, as well as strategic alignment, workforce shaping, inclusion and diversity, capability building and learning, and culture change. With experience across industries and in both the private and public sectors, our team helps organizations drive value and enhance success by optimizing their talent agenda and activating their most valuable resource, their people.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a university degree program (considering candidates from programs such as Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Commerce, Arts, etc.)
  • Currently in your second, third or fourth year of study
  • Highly motivated individual, enthusiastic about taking on a variety of obstacles and opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong academic record
  • Ability to work independently without supervision, and to work well in a team
  • Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
  • Proven track record of successfully dealing with multiple priorities and deadlines under pressure
  • Strong sense of personal accountability
  • Entrepreneurial drive, and a creative problem solver
  • Must have or will obtain legal authorization to work in Canada by the start date of employment.
