As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the first person many customers meet. You'll help shoppers move from "just looking" to "I love my new Toyota, Honda or Subaru." Every day is different. Some days you'll celebrate deliveries. Some days you'll solve problems. Some days someone will bring donuts for the team.

• Capacity to operate a wide variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, and vans, including hybrid models

Responsibilities

• Responding to online and phone inquiries.
• Building relationships through phone, text, email, and video.
• Scheduling appointments.
• Helping customers find the perfect vehicle.
• Becoming a Toyota product expert.
• Following up with customers (without sounding like a robot).
• Working alongside one of the best sales teams in Fairbanks.
