About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is seeking an Internet Sales Manager to join their team at Kendall Honda of Eugene. This role is responsible for growing the sales department through coaching and supporting the Internet Sales Department. The position involves working directly with the Internet Department staff to assist in closing sales, negotiating vehicle prices, appraising vehicles, conducting sales meetings and trainings, and supervising staff to ensure policy and procedure compliance. Responsibilities also include maintaining the customer database, ensuring prompt follow-up on leads, and staying knowledgeable about and complying with laws and regulations affecting vehicle sales.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of work experience with demonstrated success in internet sales.
• A valid driver license and good driving record.
• Superior customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Ability to treat clientele with the utmost respect.

Responsibilities

• Growing the sales department through coaching and providing support to the Internet Sales Department.
