Requirements

Automotive internet sales or BDC leadership experience is strongly preferred.
Ability to get results.
Ability to coach and improve numbers.
Experience in managing lead volume, appointment setting, show rates, closing percentages, and unit sales.
Proven ability to hold teams accountable.
Demonstrated ability to implement changes that improve performance.
Experience in building teams and improving processes.
Ability to move numbers in the right direction.

Responsibilities

Oversee the performance and growth of the internet sales operation.
Create systems to transform online inquiries into appointments, showroom visits, and vehicle sales.
Manage lead distribution.
