We’re currently looking for a full-time Internet Sales Specialist to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment and wants to build a lasting career with a company that values growth and development. As an Internet Sales Specialist, you’re the first point of contact for many of our customers. You’ll play a vital role in understanding their needs, guiding them through the buying process, and helping them begin their journey with Tom Kadlec Honda. You’ll succeed in this role if you're tech-savvy, personable, and motivated by helping people. Starting pay is $18.00/hour with additional bonus potential based on performance.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in technology and willingness to learn new tools
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service in all situations
  • Strong people skills – friendly, approachable, and empathetic
  • Ability to maintain composure and focus while problem-solving
  • Highly organized and able to follow a set schedule of customer appointments
  • High level of common sense and emotional intelligence

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales, customer service, or call center experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to internet and phone inquiries from prospective customers
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle options
  • Guide customers through the next steps of their buying journey
  • Schedule and coordinate customer appointments with the sales team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM software
  • Work closely with sales, service, and management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Help create long-lasting customer relationships with Tom Kadlec Honda
