About The Position

Nissan of Downtown LA is hiring an Internet Sales Representative. This role involves handling incoming calls, chat/call requests, and emails, recording contacts in a Lead Management System, converting sales opportunities into confirmed appointments or turning them over to a Sales Consultant, and making contact with assigned leads. The position offers a $3000 Sign-On Bonus and competitive pay, including a base pay range of $17.87 in CA (which is a draw against commission and performance incentives), plus bi-weekly commission and benefits.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication & computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Ability to efficiently enter accurate information into computerized tracking system.
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
• Must be able to work in a drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, chat/call requests & incoming e-mail.
• Record contacts in Lead Management System.
• Convert sales opportunities to confirmed appointments or turn them to a Sales Consultant.
• Make contact with assigned leads.
