Requirements

Excellent interpersonal and digital communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills and working knowledge of computers.
Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Nice To Haves

Experience in internet sales, BDC, or automotive sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers through email, text, chat, and phone to guide them through their vehicle-buying process.
Create the best online shopping experience and build long-term customer relationships.
Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and lifestyle.
Receive training on the products offered and how to communicate their benefits effectively.
Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options, and store policies and services to customers.
Ensure timely follow-up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
Track customers using store-specific CRM systems.
Stay up to date on new products, features, and accessories.
Attend product and training courses.
