About The Position

We are looking for a performance-minded individual to join our Sales Department as an Internet Sales/BDC Representative. This role is ideal for someone seeking a fast-paced, challenging, and lucrative career step. You will be part of a nationally-recognized team culture and contribute to driving sales and success in our Business Development Center. The ideal candidate will have experience in call center and BDC roles, with dealership experience being a significant advantage. Customer-facing telemarketing, administrative, retail/hospitality, or business development roles are preferred. A key aspect of this role is prioritizing customer experience through a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude towards all potential customers.

Requirements

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
Experienced call center and BDC representatives.
Customer-facing telemarketing, administrative, retail/hospitality, business development roles preferred but not required.
Ability to prioritize customer experience through a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude with all potential customers.

Nice To Haves

Dealership experience a huge plus.

Responsibilities

Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention.
Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions.
Utilize computer & phone skills within our Internet department to increase appointments, sales and customer retention.
Schedule solid appointments with customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, other generic leads and service and parts customers.
