Join Our Team as an Automotive Business Development Manager (BDC) Are you an experienced Business Development Manager ready to drive growth and customer engagement for a thriving, high-volume foreign car dealership? We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven professional to lead our BDC team to new heights. ABOUT THE ROLE: As the Automotive BDC Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our Business Development Center. You’ll work to maximize sales opportunities by driving customer appointments, enhancing communication strategies, and fostering a high-performing team environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in automotive BDC management or similar leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems and dealership processes.
Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and implement solutions.
Passion for customer service and a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
Must be comfortable using video as part of the customer communication and sales process.
Must be fully committed to being accessible and hands-on in managing the team daily.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement, appointments, and sales.
Manage and train a team of BDC representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Be consistently available to support, guide, and manage the team to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales and service departments to ensure seamless lead-handling processes.
Maintain high standards of communication across phone, email, text, and video channels.
Leverage video technology as a key tool to engage leads, explain processes, and enhance the customer experience.
