Requirements

Strong track record in CRM lead management and internet sales performance
Automotive dealership experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High-energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up tasks effectively
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

Respond quickly and professionally to internet inquiries, phone calls, and digital leads
Manage and nurture customer relationships through our CRM system
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to maximize appointments and sales opportunities
Set and confirm appointments for the showroom sales team
Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying process
Work closely with management to achieve sales and performance goals
Stay current on vehicle inventory, product knowledge, and dealership promotions
