This role involves handling incoming calls, chat/call requests, and emails, converting sales opportunities into confirmed appointments, and contacting assigned leads. Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication & computer skills.
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
Ability to efficiently enter accurate information into computerized tracking system.
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
Must be able to work in a drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls, chat/call requests & incoming e-mail.
Record contacts in Lead Management System.
Convert sales opportunities to confirmed appointments or turn them to a Sales Consultant.
Make contact with assigned leads.
