About The Position

Kick-start your automotive sales career at Tulley GMC of Nashua. We seek intelligent, driven individuals with a passion for learning and growth. As a BDC Representative, you will serve as a crucial link between our sales team and potential customers seeking new or pre-owned vehicles. Your primary responsibility will be to schedule sales appointments while also assisting in other sales-related tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction through handling customer correspondences
  • Manage inbound inquiries on new and pre-owned vehicles
  • Carry out outbound communication regarding new and pre-owned vehicles
  • Promptly follow up on inquiries
  • Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude while addressing customer questions and providing vehicle information
  • Develop and share extensive knowledge of product inventory
  • Collect and record customer data accurately in the CRM system
  • Onsite presence required to perform job duties
  • Complete other related tasks as assigned, which may include additional unrelated duties
