About The Position
Brickell Buick GMC is seeking an enthusiastic Internet Sales Agent to join their team. As part of the prestigious Murgado Automotive Group, the agent will play a vital role in helping deliver exceptional customer experiences in their state-of-the-art dealership. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, following up with prospects, and collaborating with sales teams to meet dealership goals.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask
- Previous experience in a customer service role (automotive industry preferred, but not required)
- Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team
- High School Diploma or equivalent
