Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask
- Previous experience in a customer service role (automotive industry preferred, but not required)
- Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team
- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Automotive industry experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and text in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule appointments for vehicle sales
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain a customer database
- Handle customer concerns and questions, ensuring a smooth customer experience
- Collaborate with sales teams to meet dealership goals
