Requirements

Responsibilities
- Engage with online customers through chat platforms
- Identify and reach out to potential buyers browsing our website
- Guide customers to suitable products and assist them through the purchasing process
- Direct customer service inquiries to the appropriate channels
- Finalize and process sales orders efficiently
- Coordinate deliveries and in-store pick-ups for online purchases
- Communicate with customers regarding order details, shipping, and delivery
- Handle phone sales inquiries
- Package and ship small products via UPS
