About The Position

Hennessy Land Rover Buckhead is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internet Sales Professional to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy connecting with people online, and are driven to convert leads into lasting relationships.

Requirements

  • Previous internet sales experience preferred
  • Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Self-starter and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
  • Ability to work every Saturday
  • Valid in-state driver’s license.
  • Must submit to a background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to internet inquiries via email, phone, and chat
  • Build rapport with customers and guide them through the vehicle buying process
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate showroom visits
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to drive engagement and sales
  • Utilize CRM tools to track leads, interactions, and sales activity
  • Observe all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
  • Maintain a professional personal appearance.
