About The Position

Optimum RV is a premier RV dealership offering a wide range of recreational vehicles and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused RV Internet Sales Professional to join our dynamic sales team and help customers to find their dream RV. RV Internet Sales Professionals are responsible for managing and converting online leads while assisting customers throughout the RV purchasing process.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or RV industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and earn commissions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Responding promptly to internet inquiries, leads, and online chat requests to engage potential customers.
  • Building rapport with customers to understand their RV needs, preferences, and buying timeline.
  • Providing detailed information on RV models, including motorhomes, travel trailers, and fifth wheels, through phone, email, text, and virtual communication.
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating dealership visits or virtual tours for prospective buyers.
  • Utilizing CRM systems to track, manage, and follow up on all customer interactions and leads.
  • Following up consistently with leads to nurture relationships and convert opportunities into sales.
  • Meeting or exceeding lead response time, appointment-setting, and sales performance goals.
  • Staying current on product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and financing options.
  • Participating in ongoing sales and digital communication training programs.
  • Maintaining professionalism and delivering an exceptional customer experience in all virtual interactions.
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.
  • All other responsibilities as assigned.
