About The Position
Martin Automotive Group is looking for an Internet Sales Manager to join our team at our El Monte Nissan location! This role is ideal for individuals with experience in a retail environment who enjoy solving customer inquiries and building relationships over the phone, and who are passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- Follow up on leads experience
- Phone skills
- Desking or deal structure experience
- Drive to hit sales quotas and goals
- Clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- VIN solutions experience preferred, but not required
- Bi-lingual preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads
- Work with internet leads accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
- Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
