About The Position
Martin Automotive Group is looking for an Internet Sales Manager to join their team at the El Monte Nissan location. This role is ideal for individuals with retail experience who enjoy resolving customer inquiries and building relationships over the phone, and who are passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- VIN solutions experience preferred, but not required
- Phone skills
- Desking or deal structure experience
- Drive to hit sales quotas and goals
- Bi-lingual preferred, but not required
- Clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads
- Work with internet leads accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
- Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
- Follow up on leads
