About The Position

The e-Commerce Sales Associate interacts with customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide them through vehicle purchases in a no-haggle sales environment. The role involves responding promptly to leads, answering questions, providing information, and moving customers from phone and internet contact to an in-store experience. Associates help customers select vehicles, discuss terms and payment options in light of customers’ needs and budgets, and close sales. They provide an exceptional experience before and after purchase, follow up to confirm satisfaction, and help transition customers to the Service department.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
