About The Position

The CFS Manager (F&I Manager) helps customers navigate financing and insurance during vehicle purchases in AutoNation’s no-haggle sales environment. The role makes credit decisions, submits deals to lenders for approval, and helps address disconnects in the sales process. Through a consultative approach, the manager identifies suitable finance and insurance products and payment options for customers while delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting sales goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.

Nice To Haves

• Prior sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during vehicle purchases.
• Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships.
• Determine customers’ financing needs and payment options through a consultative interview process.
• Present customers with a transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products.
• Process finance transactions in compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Build rapport with customers to create a base of referrals.
• Set and achieve targeted sales goals.
• Develop superior product knowledge to effectively help customers.
• Handle administrative processes in a timely manner and in compliance with company policy.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
