About The Position

Hyundai of Greenville is seeking a motivated, results-driven Internet BDC Manager to lead its Business Development Center and support dealership growth. The role focuses on managing automotive internet leads and phone inquiries, setting appointments, engaging customers, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, competitive, and passionate about developing people, improving processes, and converting inquiries into showroom appointments and vehicle sales.

Requirements

Previous automotive BDC, internet sales, or dealership sales experience.
Strong telephone, communication, customer service, and appointment-setting skills.
Experience with automotive CRM systems, internet lead management, and follow-up processes.
Ability to track performance metrics and improve conversion results.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to team development.
Valid driver's license and ability to meet dealership employment requirements.

Prior BDC management or team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Lead, train, coach, and motivate the Internet BDC team to achieve and exceed performance goals.
Manage incoming internet leads, phone calls, website inquiries, and third-party lead sources.
Establish and monitor KPIs, including response times, contact rates, appointment-setting rates, show rates, and sold conversion.
Ensure timely, professional, and consistent follow-up with every sales prospect.
Monitor CRM activity, lead distribution, follow-up tasks, and pipeline management to ensure accountability.
Develop phone, text, and email strategies to increase customer engagement and appointment opportunities.
Work with Sales Managers and the General Manager to maximize lead conversion and dealership sales.
Review team performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement action plans.
Maintain a customer-first approach while ensuring compliance with dealership policies and applicable communication regulations.
Help create a positive, competitive, and accountable team environment focused on results.
