They aim to fill over 2000 job openings monthly across the EU, Asia, Africa, and LATAM. The company is seeking an International Remote Recruiter BPO - Freelancer Remote to join their recruitment teams and manage the full recruitment cycle.
Requirements
- Expertise in sourcing qualified candidates through a variety of methods
- Familiarity with social media, job boards, resume databases, and professional networks
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Experience recruiting BPO profiles
- Experience working as a freelance recruiter
- Experience using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience recruiting for the European market, mostly for the French market
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with CBT hiring managers to identify ongoing needs
- Job post vacancies in diverse international platforms
- Headhunt potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
- Screen candidates that fit the required profile
- Plan and execute preliminary interviews
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Follow up with candidates until they are hired for the client
