About The Position

Atlean World is seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial International Recruitment Consultant to join its global network of freelancers. This role specializes in the BPO industry, focusing on multilingual markets within Europe. It offers the opportunity to build an independent recruitment business while leveraging the support and structure of an international recruitment company. The position is remote and flexible, allowing consultants to set their own goals and work agendas.

Requirements

Entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to build one's own recruitment business.
Proactive and comfortable working independently.

Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or the BPO industry.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned vacancies in collaboration with Atlean World.
Source candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct pre-screening and interview processes to evaluate candidate suitability.
Present shortlisted candidates to the Atlean World internal recruitment team.
Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
Build and manage your own candidate network across international markets.
Take initiative to identify new sourcing opportunities, markets, and recruitment strategies.
Track your performance and continuously work towards your personal and financial goals.
Build your professional reputation through consistent results and quality recruitment.
