About The Position

Atlean World is seeking an ambitious, entrepreneurial International Recruitment Consultant to join its global network of freelancers, specializing in BPO industries such as Customer Service, Call-Center, and Sales & Marketing. The role offers the opportunity to build an independent recruitment business, network, and professional reputation while using Atlean World's vacancies, tools, processes, structure, and support.

The consultant will source, interview, and manage candidates for multilingual positions across Europe. They will work independently in collaboration with Atlean World and take ownership of assigned vacancies, candidates, pipeline, and results. The role is remote with a flexible agenda, and the freelancer chooses how to organize their work and set goals. Compensation includes commission per candidate placed, with the possibility of a fixed monthly amount, bonuses, and performance-based rewards.

Requirements

• Speak French fluently.
• Have excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Have prior experience in recruitment, sales, or the BPO industry.
• Be entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• Be ambitious and motivated by achieving results.
• Take ownership of work, pipeline, and performance.
• Have a strong results-oriented and commercial mindset.
• Be familiar with digital recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned vacancies in collaboration with Atlean World.
• Source candidates through channels such as job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct pre-screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Present shortlisted candidates to Atlean World's internal recruitment team.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to support engagement and satisfaction.
• Build and manage a candidate network across international markets.
• Identify new sourcing opportunities, markets, and recruitment strategies.
• Track performance and work toward personal and financial goals.
• Build a professional reputation through consistent results and quality recruitment.
