CVS Health•Martinsburg, WV
•$30 - $42•Onsite

About The Position

The US Non-Accredited Foreign Graduate role at CVS Health offers foreign pharmacy graduates the opportunity to complete required US internship hours and apply pharmacy-school learning in a real-world retail pharmacy setting. After passing the FPGEE and TOEFL, graduates participate in a mixed-modality learning plan under the direction of a preceptor, with hands-on experience, a training roadmap, Key Learning Experiences, and time spent with district leaders. The program develops pharmacy practice, patient-care, business, and leadership skills in preparation for a Pharmacist role. The intern supports pharmacy operations and the pharmacy team in safely and accurately fulfilling prescriptions and providing caring service. Interns follow company procedures and applicable laws, regulations, professional standards, and ethical principles, while learning to work across pharmacy workstations and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and engaging team environment. Required US internship hours must be completed within 18 months. Pharmacist licensure exams and processes must be completed within 120 days after the required internship hours are completed. Where state law permits and required training is completed, the role may also support immunizations, including vaccine preparation and administration, patient education, documentation, and response to adverse reactions. This is a full-time position with a typical pay range of $30.00–$42.00. Eligible colleagues may receive medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, retirement savings options, wellness programs, and other resources.
