This role involves administering the full scope of payroll and benefits for all employees throughout their lifecycle, including managing tax rate changes, life events, leave administration, benefit enrollment, garnishments, and deductions. The associate will investigate and resolve pay issues, and perform end-user testing for payroll system changes to ensure a seamless process with minimal errors. The position supports payroll processing for Canada (60%), US (30%), and Brazil (10%), accurately entering data for new hires, transfers, pay changes, separations, garnishments, and deductions into payroll systems. A key responsibility is ensuring data integrity and integration between benefit vendor sites and the HRIS/payroll system. The associate will also work closely with managers of non-exempt employees to ensure time card accuracy and perform other payroll tasks and HR projects as needed.
