About The Position

This position is primarily responsible for processing Payroll for all employees. Flexible scheduling options are available, including part- time and hybrid arrangements, depending on experience and company needs.

  • Processing Payroll for all employees

Responsibilities

  • Managing all aspects of Payroll
  • Process weekly, semi-monthly and monthly payrolls
  • File and remit payroll taxes
  • Monitor Time Sheet Mobile
  • Create daily/weekly time reports from TSM information
  • Collect hours from TSM and confirm with superintendents
  • Calculate travel time and per diem for each employee
  • Import hours from TSM into QuickBooks
  • Add travel time and per diem to each employee timecard.
  • Email paystub to each employee
  • Process certified payrolls
  • Email weekly time reports & payroll summary to COO
