This role involves administering the full scope of payroll and benefits for employees throughout their lifecycle, including tax changes, life events, leave administration, benefit enrollment, garnishments, and deductions. The associate will investigate and resolve pay issues, and perform end-user testing for payroll system changes to ensure a seamless process. Additionally, the role supports payroll processing for Canada (60%), US (30%), and Brazil (10%), accurately entering new hires, transfers, pay changes, separations, garnishments, and deductions into payroll systems. A key responsibility is ensuring data integrity and integration between benefit vendor sites and HRIS/payroll systems. The associate will also work closely with managers of nonexempt employees to ensure time card accuracy and perform other payroll tasks and HR projects as needed.
