About The Position
Assists customers with moving freight outside the United States borders.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior customer service or sales experience.
- Knowledge of logistics services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Resolves customer requests through various channels of communication.
- Provides specialty product quotes and pricing updates to international customers.
- Secures documentation from customers with international destinations as needed.
- Facilitates the transfer of customers throughout the organization and international carriers.
- Communicates the freight movement activities between locations.
- Researches discrepancies resolves issues and makes recommendations for modifications.
- Builds customer relationships by addressing their operational needs.
- Tracks and monitors reports and documentation from customers and facilities.
