About The Position

Abra Professional Services is seeking a Help Desk professional to join their IT team. This role offers a meaningful technological journey filled with multidisciplinary challenges. The Help Desk will provide comprehensive technical support and participate in cross-organizational computing projects.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of professional Helpdesk experience OR equivalent military experience as a Network Manager – Mandatory.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office suite, Windows 10, and Windows 11 operating systems.
  • Proven hands-on experience working with Active Directory.
  • Exceptional service orientation, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong team player, highly independent learner, adaptable to organizational changes, and possesses a broad system-level perspective.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge or experience with Linux environments – A significant advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end Helpdesk support for company employees, troubleshooting various hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and deploy desktop computers and laptops across the organization.
  • Implement, integrate, and support new software and systems.
  • Maintain and manage user accounts, permissions, and groups using Active Directory.
