About The Position

Our work is rooted in making everyday life more accessible, and we are looking for someone who can help us grow our team with the same sense of purpose and care. In this role, you will play a critical part in building the talent pipeline that supports our business. You will work closely with leaders across the organization, helping shape hiring plans, attract strong candidates, and guide the recruiting process from first conversation through offer acceptance.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in corporate internal recruiting or high-volume recruiting in a growth company.
Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and outreach tools.
Experience partnering with hiring managers, including frontline managers and department heads, to align on candidate profiles.
Proven ability to drive intake, calibration, interview coordination, and offer coordination end to end.
Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, recruiting scheduling tools, and recruiting reporting dashboards.
Experience using AI platforms to support recruiting workflows.
Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities.
Source and engage qualified candidates across job boards and LinkedIn.
Coordinate interviews and maintain a smooth candidate experience throughout.
Track recruiting activity and pipeline progress in the applicant tracking system.
