About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an Internal Medicine Physician in Fortuna, California. This is a mission-driven outpatient Internal Medicine opportunity serving diverse and underserved patient populations. The physician will join a collaborative clinic model with integrated behavioral health, telepsychiatry, chiropractic, acupuncture, and specialty consult support. The practice focuses on relationship-based adult medicine with strong operational infrastructure and interdisciplinary support. The total compensation potential exceeds $312,000 annually with bonuses. There is up to $100,000 structured sign-on and retention package for partnership-eligible physicians, and up to $44,000 annual productivity bonus potential. NHSC and federal loan repayment eligibility ranges from $75,000 to $300,000. A $5,000 annual professional expense card is provided for licensing, DEA, CME, and equipment. Additional relocation support is available for family relocation needs. A six-month mentorship and onboarding program is included. The position offers a Northern California coastal lifestyle near redwoods, rivers, and the Pacific Ocean.

Requirements

  • MD or DO REQUIRED
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine REQUIRED
  • Active California medical license or ability to obtain REQUIRED
  • Commitment to outpatient, mission-driven primary care REQUIRED
  • Collaborative and team-oriented clinical approach REQUIRED

Responsibilities
