About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Fortuna, California. This is a mission-driven outpatient Family Medicine opportunity serving diverse and underserved patient populations. You will join a highly collaborative clinic model with integrated behavioral health, telepsychiatry, chiropractic, acupuncture, and specialty consult support. The practice focuses on relationship-based medicine with manageable panel expectations and strong operational support.

Requirements

MD or DO REQUIRED
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED
Active California medical license or ability to obtain REQUIRED
Commitment to outpatient, mission-driven primary care REQUIRED
Collaborative and team-oriented clinical approach REQUIRED

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient primary care across the lifespan
Manage acute and chronic conditions within a collaborative care environment
Coordinate care with behavioral health, RN support, specialists, and ancillary services

Build long-term patient relationships within a mission-driven practice setting
