Requirements
- MD or DO REQUIRED
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED
- Active California medical license or ability to obtain REQUIRED

Responsibilities

Benefits
- Base compensation up to $267,624 annually
- Additional 10% geographic salary differential for Crescent City location
- Access bonus of $12,400 annually paid biweekly for meeting patient access targets
- Additional productivity bonus potential up to $44,000 annually
- Up to $50,000 sign-on bonus plus structured retention bonuses
- Federal and NHSC loan repayment programs ranging from $75,000 to $300,000
