About The Position

National Wound Physician Group is hiring an Internal Medicine Physician to provide bedside wound care in skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals. Physicians conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility, visiting 2–3 facilities per day and treating approximately 20–30 patients per day within a 40–60-mile radius of the practice location. Clinical documentation is completed in real time at the point of care using a proprietary wound-specific EMR.

The position offers full-time schedules of 4–5 days per week, Monday through Friday, or part-time schedules of at least 3 days per week. The listed full-time hours are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. There are no nights, on-call duties, or weekend clinical responsibilities. Paid onboarding training and a six-month wound care fellowship are provided. Requirements
