Internal Medicine Physician - Beeville, TX
About The Position
National Wound Physician Group is hiring an Internal Medicine Physician to provide bedside wound care in skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals. Physicians conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility, visiting 2–3 facilities per day within a 40–60 mile radius and treating approximately 20–30 patients per day. Clinical documentation is completed in real time at the point of care using a proprietary wound-specific EMR. This is a mobile practice with weekday schedules. Full-time physicians work 4–5 days per week, typically Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.; part-time opportunities require at least 3 weekdays per week. There are no night, call, or weekend clinical responsibilities. Paid onboarding training and a six-month wound care fellowship are provided. The role is W-2 employment, and work visa sponsorship is not available.
Requirements
- Hold an active, full, unrestricted MD or DO medical license in the state where practicing.
- Commit to at least 3 weekdays per week, Monday through Friday.
