About The Position

Tufts Medical Center Community Care is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join its Primary Care team in Quincy, Massachusetts. The role is suited to physicians finishing training or those seeking to advance their careers or make a change. The physician will provide patient-centered primary care in a physician-led organization, supported by experienced colleagues and dedicated staff, including nurse triage, medical assistants, an on-site Practice Manager, Physician Assistants, and an on-site behavioral health LICSW. The position includes opportunities to teach and mentor Tufts Medical Center Internal Medicine residents through a Community Primary Care elective. Physicians will provide care through in-office and telehealth appointments and contribute to proactive, preventive care and integrated population health. The position is located at 1690 Crown Colony Drive, Quincy, MA 02169. The salary range is $260,000–$300,000 annually. Actual compensation is determined during the selection process based on factors such as relevant experience, education, internal equity, and academic rank.

Nice To Haves

Current medical license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is preferred.
Ability to speak a foreign language, such as Spanish or Chinese.

Responsibilities
