About The Position

An established outpatient primary care practice is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician in the Greater Metro Atlanta area. The physician will care for adults aged 18 and older, primarily privately insured patients, and will see approximately three patients per hour. New physicians will build a full patient panel quickly. The practice offers opportunities to expand throughout metro Atlanta, including additional compensation for physicians who help establish satellite locations.

The schedule is Monday through Friday with a four- or five-day workweek; part-time arrangements are considered. Call is light and shared among physicians, and weekends and major holidays are off. Clinical and administrative support includes a dedicated RN team for triage, results calls, and inbox support; nurses for in-office procedures and testing; a remote care team; and administrative support for scheduling, prior authorizations, and billing. The practice uses eClinicalWorks with AI ambient recording and offers in-office diagnostics.

Requirements

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
• Active Georgia medical license and DEA registration, or ability to obtain both.
• Clean licensing, credentialing, and malpractice history.

Nice To Haves

• MD degree from a US medical school preferred.
• Training in an excellent residency program.
• Two to three years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient internal medicine and primary care to adult patients aged 18 and older.
