About The Position

Internal medicine and Pulmonology Clinic Receptionist Gateway Regional Medical Center | Physician Clinics | Granite City, IL $16.20 - $24.30 per hour Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday Exceptional Care Begins at the Front Desk. Every appointment starts with a friendly greeting. As a Clinic Receptionist, you'll help create a positive experience by welcoming patients, coordinating appointments, and keeping our physician offices running smoothly.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong computer and multitasking abilities
• Positive, patient-focused attitude

Nice To Haves

• Customer service or medical office experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and compassion
• Schedule appointments and coordinate provider calendars
• Answer incoming calls and assist with patient inquiries
• Verify insurance and update patient records
• Collect required forms and process patient check-in/check-out
• Support providers and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient care
