Internal/Family Medicine Physician
About The Position
Summit Health is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician for its practice at 73 Market Street in Yonkers, New York. The position offers an established patient panel, and new graduates are welcome to apply. The practice is outpatient-only, with no hospital duties, and offers a light, phone-only call schedule of 1–2 times per month. The work schedule is five days per week, with a shareholder opportunity. The physician will provide complete, comprehensive clinical care, including diagnosis, treatment, care coordination, prevention, and health maintenance. Physicians work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that includes physicians, advanced practice providers, registered and licensed practical nurses, medical assistants, and nonclinical support staff. A mentorship program and a supportive team environment are provided.
Requirements
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Responsibilities
- Provide complete, comprehensive clinical care for patients.
- Provide diagnosis, treatment, and coordination of care.
- Provide preventive care and health maintenance.
- Collaborate with other providers as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, compassionate care.
