Internal Consultant, Variable Part Time Day Shift, Rehabilitation
About The Position
Adventist Rehabilitation in Rockville is seeking an experienced Internal Consultant for its Rehabilitation department. The role supports the organization’s mission of providing physical, mental, and spiritual healing. The consultant oversees assigned or developed projects, works with executive and departmental leaders to integrate programs and services, participates in and supports committees or workgroups, and plans and executes capital projects for assigned areas. The role also helps ensure smooth integration between ancillary and support services and clinical areas. This is a variable part-time, non-exempt position with an as-needed typical daily schedule on the day shift. Occasional weekend, holiday, and on-call availability is required. The stated pay range is $89.99–$134.99. Requirements
- Master’s degree in healthcare or business.
- Five or more years of progressive senior management experience in a hospital or healthcare system.
Nice To Haves
- Board certification through the American College of Healthcare Executives or a similar organization.
