About The Position

The Internal Communications Senior Specialist will work with aspects of our SLB Performance Organization to help employees understand how SLB is strengthening its operations, improving performance, and advancing its digital transformation. This role develops clear, engaging communications that connect business priorities with the people and teams driving them across the company. Working closely with leaders across operations, technology, and communications, you'll translate complex topics into compelling stories that showcase innovation, continuous improvement, and the real-world impact of SLB's work. Your communications will help employees understand company strategy, celebrate progress, and stay connected to the initiatives shaping the future of the business. Success in this role requires strong storytelling skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to turn complex information into content that is clear, relevant, and engaging for employees around the world.

Requirements

4-7 years of experience.
Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical content.
Experience developing and executing communications strategies in a global, matrixed organization.
Ability to connect technical and business topics — including supply chain, digital enablement, performance and value assurance — to broader company and industry narrative.
Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and editorial planning.
Comfort working with data and communication metrics to drive improvement.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute communications strategies for Global Supply and Digital Enablement and Value Assurance (DE&VA), aligned with SLB’s overall business priorities and strategic narrative
Support major Global Supply and DE&VA initiatives and campaigns, including value chain transformation, digital enablement, technology adoption, business process improvement and continuous improvement
Partner with global communications teams to build and maintain an integrated editorial calendar
Create clear, engaging content that simplifies complex technical topics and connects them to real-world impact
Translate Global Supply and DE&VA priorities (value chain performance, planning, manufacturing, technology lifecycle management, digital solutions and value assurance) into compelling stories for internal and external audiences
Develop thought leadership and innovation stories that position SLB as a leader in supply chain excellence, digital enablement and measurable business value
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across owned, earned, shared and paid platforms
Continuously improve communication channels (intranet, email, digital signage, webcasts, social) to increase reach and engagement
Ensure messaging is consistent, on-brand and aligned with SLB’s corporate narrative
Track and analyze communication effectiveness (open rates, engagement, click-through rates and other key metrics)
Use insights to refine content, improve performance and inform future campaigns
Partner with Executive, Internal, External, Brand, Division and Regional Communications teams to deliver integrated campaigns
Work closely with Global Supply and DE&VA executive leaders and subject matter experts to ensure accurate, timely and impactful messaging
Ensure alignment with SLB brand standards and corporate messaging
