This position provides internal and franchisee communications support for the Buffalo Wild Wings Sports Bar brand, leading communications efforts for the brand’s nearly 1,200+ U.S. sports bars, franchisees, and support center teams. They serve as a partner for the BWW Sports Bar leadership team, helping guide messaging development and communication to team members, franchisees, and restaurant teams. They are also the primary communications partner for cross-functional brand and shared services partners to prepare communications to internal and franchisee audiences, such as newsletters and standalone communications. This position also leads content development for large-scale brand conferences and conventions, as well as town halls and other brand meetings. This individual also manages the BWW GO Internal and Franchisee Communications Associate Manager, providing strategic guidance on GO communications efforts and ensuring alignment between the GO and Sports Bar brands where applicable. Ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced environment, has strong writing skills and ability to capture the brand voice, has had direct experience supporting executive leadership, and can provide strategic communications guidance to cross-functional teams. This position directly supports the Buffalo Wild Wings team and is part of a shared services communications team supporting Inspire, Arby’s, Baskin-Robbins, Dunkin’, Jimmy John’s, and Sonic. This position is based in the Atlanta Global Support Center.
