As part of the Corporate Site IT team, you will support end‑user technologies used by corporate staff, contribute to improving the digital workplace experience, and assist with the standardization and reliability of meeting room and collaboration technologies. This role is ideal for a student who enjoys problem‑solving, working with modern IT tools, and gaining real‑world experience in a large enterprise environment. This is a student job with flexible start date and a 4-month term.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in, and returning to a Computer Science, Technology, MIS, Data Science, Business Analysis or equivalent degree/diploma program from an accredited post-secondary institution
• Demonstrated positive safety behavior and safety leadership
• Willingness to learn and gain knowledge and experience through training
• Excellent interpersonal teamwork and communication skills
• Motivation to set and achieve goals
• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and nurture projects forward
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities

• Gain hands‑on experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives within Site IT, including process analysis, data review, improvement recommendations and documentation updates
• Work alongside IT staff to assess opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service quality, such as helping with analysis of IT service data (e.g., ServiceNow tickets) to identify trends and opportunities to reduce recurring requests
• Contribute to process improvement efforts based on the analysis
• Providing end-user support for corporate staff as part of the Site IT team, as needed
